HOT TAPPING

·      Performed 19 hot taps through 2-inch access fittings on Teak A/E and B in 2000.

·     Drilled and tapped 1.5-inch, 0.75-inch and 0.5-inch diameter holes in 316 Stainless Steel pipes at CNC. This work was done indirectly for Proman through Weldfab Limited – June 2002.

·  Performed hot tapping services (0.5-inch, 0.75-inch, 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, 3-inch) for Weldfab on numerous plants at Point Lisas (Hydro Agri, Titan etc.) during turnarounds and also during plant operation. Hot tap pressures up to 500 psi - 2000-2002.

·    Hot Tapped 17 points on Trinmar’s 16-inch shore line at 80 psi.

·    Hot tapped through 2-inch valves on propane lines at Bechtel on ALNG plant at pressures of 120 psi and ambient temperature – December 2002.

·    Hot tapped through 1-inch valve on methanol line at 100 psi pressure at Titan Methanol.

·    Hot Tapped (2-inch) fittings on process lines at bpTT Terminal – pressures 50 psi.

·    Drilled and hot-tapped 2-inch fitting on Poui A platform leg and designed and supplied Coastal Diving with equipment for drilling and tapping Poui platform leg sub-sea for grout pumping exercise September 2002.

·     Performed 6-inch hot tap on methanol line, 60 psi at PCS Nitrogen.

·    Performed two high temperature 1-inch hot taps at 670 psi, 740 F at PLNL formerly FMSL.

·     Performed two 4-inch hot taps on HDPE line, 60 psi at PCS Nitrogen September 2003.

·    Hot tapped through eighteen (18) 1-inch and 2-inch fittings in bpTT Terminal Process Area - Nov 2003.

·    Hot tapped through nine (9) 2-inch RCS access fittings in bpTT Terminal Process Area Feb 11,13,14, 2004 for installation of corrosion coupons and chemical injection assemblies.

·    Performed with PMI one 20-inch hot tap on 24-inch Titan Methanol loading line April 7, 2004.

·    Performed one 2-inch hot tap on bpTT Poui A on a RCS chemical injection assembly June 2004.

PNEUMATIC DRILLING & CUTTING SERVICES

·    bpTT – OSS has supplied parts and drilled holes through 31 corrosion monitoring access fittings to the Teak turnaround and 9 on the Immortelle turnaround.

·    bpTT – currently using our pneumatic magnetic drills on the offshore platforms during regular operation for drilling of holes for various applications (bolt holes, milling of beams etc.). Provided cold cutting services for Hydrotech for replacement of hand-rails, deck plates, meter stands etc.  on Samaan platforms.

·   Drilled, cleaned and tapped 520 holes in reactor vessel walls at Refineriaisla in Curacao – August 2002.

·    Cut man-ways using pneumatic tools in Terminal Process Area (V-603) at bpTT during operations.

·    Drilled six 4-inch holes in high tensile strength steel at ALNG through RMSL for compressor project in 2003 & April 2004.

PIGGING, ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY, SPECIALTY SERVICES

·     Supplied British Gas Hibiscus platform with two bi-directional pigs for routine maintenance pigging – 2003.

·     Supplied pigs to Tecron in Venezuela and Coastal Diving in Trinidad .

·    Developed commissioning procedure for EOG Parula 12-inch gas line inclusive of pigging, gauging, hydrotesting, de-watering and nitrogen purging.

·    British Gas – supplied and retrofitted BG’s two offshore platforms with the required internal corrosion monitoring systems.

·    Currently providing engineering consultancy services to British Gas Trinidad & Tobago Limited on Corrosion & Chemical Management.

·    Currently contracted by BGTTL to handle routine internal corrosion monitoring – high pressure coupon retrieval using certified technicians, sampling and testing on flow lines and transport lines, ER probe data collection etc.

·     Provided engineering consultancy services to Harbert on procedure development for hydrotesting of BHP 18-inch and 30-inch land sections.

·     Supplied pigs for commissioning of the Harbert 18-inch and 30-inch lines for BHP.

·     Performed chemical treatment on hydrotest water for BHP line. 

·     Performed line preservation chemical batch treatment on BHP land lines following hydrotesting.

·  Supplied hydrotest monitoring equipment to Harbert on above line hydrotesting inclusive of monitoring technicians.

Other

·    Currently performing Cathodic Protection monitoring for BG 24-inch land line.

·    Currently renting tote boxes, tote tanks & pressure washers to oilfield service companies for offshore use.

·    Rented 1000-gallon and 550-gallon storage and transport tanks to bpTT.
